(SIGN UP DATES ARE BELOW DETAILS) A canned food drive is a simple activity for a large group looking for a way to give back and make a direct impact. Our most-needed items are on our customizable flyer here. Here are the steps to hosting a canned food drive for Our Daily Bread: BONUS: Snap photos of your participants collecting food items, delivering to ODB, or other engaging photos, and share them with us so we can share your volunteer service on our social media sites! Send info and photos via email to Kat Heilman, Director of Communications, at [email protected]. You will receive an email after signing up- this is confirmation of your commitment to donate. When delivering food items, please meet us at the back door. Donations are accepted 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM. No parking necessary! We are located at 1730 Race Street, in a big yellow building, across from Findlay Market in Cincinnati, Ohio’s Over the Rhine neighborhood. If you are heading south on Race, turn left at the light just before our building. At the back corner of our building, just before the parking lot, turn right onto Goose Alley. When you arrive, ring the buzzer OR call us from your car (513-306-1938) to check in with staff. Someone will help you unload, and you can be on your way! Please note that we are unable to verify community service hours for off-site activities. Deliver on the date you signed up for between 7AM and 11AM.
